To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

- If your return is accepted, you can deny the delivery and ask the delivery executive to take the product back.
- If you are unavailable during delivery and unable to inspect the item, please inform us within 7 days of delivery so we can process your return request.
- Once your return request is approved, our pickup team will visit your location to inspect and collect the product.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Note: We do not refund or reissue any coupons used on the item.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, you must first return the product. Once the return is accepted, you can request an exchange through our customer care team via call, chat, or email.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
