Before any Sheesham timber reaches our artisan workbench, it undergoes industrial Kiln Seasoning to achieve an optimal moisture level of 8% to 12% (perfectly calibrated for Indian climatic variations) followed by Vacuum Pressure Chemical Treatment to make the wood permanently pest-repellent.

- Termites & Wood Borers (10 Years): Full coverage against subterranean termites (deemak) and wood-boring insects (ghun) in the solid wood framework.
- Structural Joint Integrity (1 Year): Tenon-and-mortise joints loosening under normal residential indoor use.
- Hardware & Functional Fittings (1 Year): Drawer ball-bearing channels, hydraulic bed lifts, soft-close hinges, magnetic catches, and assembly brackets.
- Excessive Warping or Cracking: Any severe structural split or warping exceeding acceptable seasonal tolerance (> 5mm).
- Foam Resilience (1 Year): Upholstery seat foam sag exceeding 1.5 inches under normal daily household seating.

- Accidental Cuts & Scratches: Impact marks, hot vessel burns without coasters, or scratches caused by sharp household objects.
- Water Stagnation: Prolonged exposure to standing water, damp walls, or open outdoor rainfall.
- Direct Sunlight Exposure: Extended outdoor UV exposure that causes natural polish lightening over time.
- Commercial/Outdoor Use: Products utilized in heavy commercial venues unless pre-approved.
